International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at salty@mentionme.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out.
