We want you to love every scent you try. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- ✓Unused and in the same condition you received it
- ✓In its original packaging
- ✓Accompanied by your order confirmation email
How to Start a Return
Email us at salty@mentionme.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (UK orders only).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirming your refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at salty@mentionme.uk with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Want to swap your scent for another? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just email us and we'll arrange it.
